Why OnSiteQ exists

Most installation and maintenance businesses in Thailand still run on a LINE group and a spreadsheet. It works — until it doesn't. The day's schedule lives in one person's head, jobs get double-booked or forgotten, and once an install is done the customer disappears, along with any recurring maintenance income.

OnSiteQ exists to give these crews a single dispatch board, smart scheduling, a technician mobile app, and automatic maintenance (MA) contracts — so a small team can run like a professional operation without paying for, or fighting with, software designed for a different market.

The whole product — the dispatcher dashboard and the technician app — is built Thai-first, for Thai trade businesses. It understands how installation crews here actually work, from the first site survey to the next maintenance visit.

Who builds it

OnSiteQ is built by Pongsiri Trivittayasil, a Thai founder who builds business and automation software for local companies. OnSiteQ is in early access and pre-launch — it is being developed in close contact with the installation and maintenance teams it's designed for, and the roadmap is shaped by their day-to-day needs.
