Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This is a starting template provided for transparency during early access. It should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before you rely on it. It is written with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind.

1. Who we are

OnSiteQ ("we", "us") is a pre-launch field-service software product operated by its founder, Pongsiri Trivittayasil. For any data-protection question, contact us at hello@onsiteq.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, team size, and any message you write. We do not require any other personal data to contact you.

Our website may collect standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) through ordinary web-server logs.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, understand your needs, and follow up about OnSiteQ. Our legal basis under the PDPA is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

4. How it is handled

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email and hosting providers) and only as needed to respond to you.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to the PDPA, you may request to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. To exercise any right, email hello@onsiteq.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

8. Contact

Data controller contact: hello@onsiteq.com.
