Equipment Service History: Stop Losing Track of Past Work

If you manage an installation or maintenance business, there is a call you have already had at least once. A customer rings about the aircon unit you installed fourteen months ago — a split system in their shophouse in Nonthaburi. They say the drain line keeps blocking and the coil looks dirty. They want to know: was this checked during the last service? Is it still covered by the one-year service warranty?
